Client: Global Marketing Communications Agency
Location: New York, NY
Metierlink is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager for a Global Marketing Communications Agency, supporting teams located in both London and New York. This role reports to a CFO and President of the Agency. It may require travel to their London & West Coast offices.
You?ll review budget plans in support of all agency billing, prepare files for reference, ensure accuracy of production costs, review time and rate card, manage sign-offs of all billing for invoices, create job numbers for departments and new clients, ensure invoices are supported by purchase orders and payments are made promptly, manage job accruals and cashflow, resolve debit balances and expense claims, perform supplier payments and assist with year end file preparations.
